I don't know. I am just an amateur and have only adopted the estimate here. It can certainly become more expensive.

I am curious to hear what says, but I would guess that a KfW 55 residential basement of that size (I have excluded the KfW part for the 80) already approaches six figures.

Professionals do not work for free - even if they are friends, they usually don’t have time when it suits you. So do not count on that. I honestly do not understand the proportionality of boosting a house build worth over 500,000 with the voluntary work of friends. If you want to lend a hand yourself and also save money, that is something different.

Yvonne thanks for the hint .. but when it comes to the painting work, I can assess that very precisely with the [EL]. And just because you build bigger, it doesn't hurt to save something in some areas without compromising on quality.

Think it over carefully, later the fun will cost even more and you'll have to start over.

Planning and approval are done by our architect, that doesn't add much more cost. I once broke down the costs somewhere.

The shell builder makes the floor slab and builds the garage. By the way, it will have a flat roof. For that, we pull out our ground floor and let it rest on the garage. On the south side, there will also be a balcony. So the statics are not that simple. We have the windows and doors quoted together with the house. The plastering will then also be done later together with the house. Surely you can start again later and plan a garage attached, but I would think about it three times.

Yes, I see it exactly the same way.. I also thought about the slab from the ground floor and if it’s feasible, I would also like to do it all at once. Of course, it always depends on what is financially possible, I guess.
