Estimate of construction costs for a single-family house with double garage and hipped roof

Do you really get by with €60K for the basement at that size? I could well imagine that with about 10x11 it would more likely start with an 8 (as a living basement). And then there's the additional effort for the KfW 55 for the basement, which should not be overlooked.

Painting work would probably be almost the only own contribution - we have professionals among friends.

Wow... our builder (Bavaria) asked for double that. (masonry double garage 6.5x9m with floor slab and gable roof) --> We left out the garage for now.

Think it over carefully, later the fun will cost even more and you'll have to start from scratch.

Our architect handles the planning and approval, it doesn’t make much difference anyway. I once broke down the costs somewhere.

The shell builder makes the foundation slab and builds the garage. By the way, a flat roof will go on top. For this, we pull out our ground floor and let it rest on the garage. To the south, there will also be a balcony. So the structural engineering is quite complex. We have windows and doors offered with the house. The plastering will also be done later along with the house. Of course, you can start again later and plan a garage, but I would think about that three times.
