3. I thought the same about the prefabricated garage .. that you can hardly see any difference as a layman and after all it is just a garage and nothing more.

Regarding floor coverings: we would like everything tiled .. and mostly with porcelain stoneware tiles. what would you roughly estimate for this? The tiles should be "somewhat larger" .. that is certainly an extra charge I think?!
