Ergonomic, comfortable office chair

I only have stools now. For over 20 years. It was best for my back, besides sometimes working standing up.

I bought an electric height-adjustable desk with a matching chair and stool from the well-known Swedish furniture store and am very satisfied with my choice :) Surely there are even higher quality pieces of furniture, but you always have to keep in mind how often you use your home office. Right now I am sitting with my computer at the dining table and I only use my office for my professional work.

I swear by Löffler with a movable seat surface. For my home office, I bought one and a height-adjustable desk. Unfortunately, my office workspace is not as well equipped.

I can only recommend not sitting on a chair all day. Those who work on the computer and have a laptop can change their location at home. This moves not only the bones but also the mind. I do not have a study at home, but a good selection of places that are suitable for work for me - whether communication with speech and/or image, whether screen work or thinking (then the screen is off).

Well, I actually have to work at home in the study. For data protection reasons, I am not allowed to work in the garden or anywhere else. It apparently depends on the type of work whether one is allowed and able to work from other places. Therefore, I bought a good office chair and an electronic desk.

I also work at various places at home. Data protection must also be maintained in the home office. Payroll in the garden, loan applications at the dining table is not
