Please read the development and the origin, I am not causing any trouble in any way, rather the corrections of false statements by some users apparently are not desired and that really cannot be the case.

I think it should be enough now, it cannot be that I am confronted here with things I have nothing to do with and where it could be recognized that correcting false statements and factually incorrect assertions leads to hostility and accusations that are unclear to me.

I do not find that okay or fair.

Are you suffering from paranoia? I made the screenshot public. By the way, the message history has been reported to the admin, or rather you. He will certainly be better able to judge who contacted whom. Definitely not me you.

I actually have to correct that, HilfeHilfe is right in this matter, I had confused it.

After the taunts and whining, it was important for me to communicate to him that it is not my intention to pursue business interests here and that I, of course, adhere to the forum rules.

By the way, a quick question. I consider a conversation to be private, is it desired that it be made public here, or is there a setting to indicate that one does not want that? Otherwise, I cannot see the purpose of this feature, thanks for the support.

Simply do not bother me! Then I will not post anything here either! I have no interest in a pen pal relationship. Otherwise, read the forum's terms and conditions.

This is a first approach, dear HilfeHilfe, although I was quite surprised by your activities through conversations (a pen pal friendship cannot arise from one-sided writing) with me, and I hope that my corrections, if they become necessary, are not perceived as bothersome here in the threads.

Well then, I assume that posting conversations (which I find impossible and disturbing and unsettling for the users here) does not violate any forum rules, then everything is fine.

A pen pal friendship cannot arise from one-sided writing.

Actually an interesting discussion - it's a shame it went off track like that... Substantively (not in terms of tone) I would agree with HilfeHilfe. If the buyer currently has everything in cash, leverage hardly makes sense (apart from a cash reserve to ensure a certain liquidity). However, I have also chosen the option "more credit and at the same time keep powder dry." The reason is a stock portfolio from before 2009. That means sales are (permanently) tax-free. Instead of selling the positions now and possibly buying them again in many years, I prefer to keep them right away... 3%+ dividend yield also makes interim price fluctuations bearable... Quintessence: It strongly depends on the return on equity. However, I would also highly doubt that such a trade-off is reasonably feasible with fixed-income securities.
