So the property is too small for me. Financially, it is already very attractive. For a [RH], the plot is quite large. I would be afraid of the renovation. Keep in mind that work is currently also being done on gas heating bans. I would definitely go through it again with a building surveyor.

As an entry-level property (with max. one small child): YES I myself come from the real estate sector and I would buy it at the stated price both for personal use, but even more preferably for renting out.
Do you still have a basement and/or attic included?
In times of high interest rates and high property prices, it is certainly a great opportunity to acquire homeownership.

Yes, there is an attic, as well as a garage and a shed included. We currently live in 70 sqm and 100 is completely enough for us, something bigger would be much more expensive again, to be honest we are average earners and nothing else is possible or so.
