Element ceiling electrical installation

Hello! Since we are not quite sure about the lighting yet, I wanted to ask if it is actually possible not to install the pipes directly in the ceiling, but instead just drill a hole from the attic afterwards and then lay them. The piping will then be covered with 30cm of cellulose. Could there be any problems with that, or does everything have to be embedded in concrete? Thank you very much

didn't have to lay it in concrete. You only do that so the cables in the floor structure above are not disturbed or damaged. You can do it that way.
