Electricity meter photovoltaic system air heat pump

Hello, I am wondering what value I can read from the second meter "D1". The first bidirectional meter shows me the electricity I draw from the grid and feed in. I initially assumed that the right meter shows me what I use from the photovoltaic system itself. According to measurement concept 4 (wwn), it rather looks like the electricity I draw from the grid minus the amount used for the heat pump.

Unfortunately, my response was deleted and I received a reprimand:

So once again: Yes, you understand the structure of electricity meters and their operation correctly. In case of doubt, the electricity supply to the heat pump can be cut off by the provider.

Thank you for your reply. I have already read your first message and actually found it helpful ;) I just don't quite understand the reason behind the second meter yet. It doesn't show me the power consumption of the heat pump but only the difference (total power - heat pump power).

You can simply calculate the electricity consumption of the heat pump by subtracting the two meters. ;)

Do you have a heat pump tariff? If yes, what is the basic fee and the kW price?
Did they not complain when registering the photovoltaic system?
