Do you have the preheater in sight, how many times has it run? The laying distance is good even if not neat.

I also believe that the power consumption is too high. Either ask the manufacturer whether it might be due to a defect. For example, at the [Messtation]...

Distances seem to be more or less okay. At what outside temperature do you have the mentioned temperatures? Otherwise. 1. Turn up the ERR fully or remove the actuators right away. Then carry out the thermal balancing. 2. If a bypass valve is present, then close it. 3. For a heating buffer, adjust the system to appropriate flow rates. 4. Without a heat meter, it is difficult to narrow down the problem. One simply does not know if the heat pump is inefficient or if you really have such a high heat demand. Regards Nika
