Hello,

I am currently working on the electrical planning of our new building. To be honest, my wife and I have never dealt with these things before, so I would be very happy if you could share your opinion on the positioning and number of sockets or on anything that is missing or unclear in the drawing.

What do you want to hear?

Why aren't there shading measures on all windows? It’s purely my own opinion, but I find that somehow pointless. Either all or none.

Are you sure two sockets are enough for the TV in the living room?

Generally plan switchable sockets here and there.

In the kitchen, in my opinion, too few work sockets, possibly switchable here as well.

Living/sleeping room and bathroom also think of other lighting scenarios and plan wall or ambient lights.

Lighting around the house and in the garden.

Garage/carport/gate/garden gate/shed also plan power supply and possibly lighting everywhere.

Additionally, also LAN in the garage/carport for a possibly upcoming wallbox. Such a LAN cable for an outdoor access point for the terrace and garden also has its uses.

Thank you for your response.

These are the new prices we received from the electrician today. We find the data LAN outlet at 161 euros to be very expensive. We could be mistaken. Do we need to discuss anything with the electrician?

We will add more LAN cables outside, but wanted to know if the price is reasonable?

You can also install the outdoor LAN yourself later. Just make sure to have an empty conduit with a pull wire offered in at least 32.

LAN sockets/cables are always so expensive because they have to be installed exchangeably with empty conduits and considering the maximum bend radii. Including distances to the NYM cables.

According to your list, a separate circuit with a socket costs almost ~90 € and it is simply drilled and the cable just thrown in. With LAN, there is simply much more to consider, hence the price. Although of course ~160 is also quite a sum.
