Electrical planning - how many network cables?

Hello, can you give me a few tips on what we should consider? We have already talked and planned with the electrician.

a) Regarding the doorbell, we now think that a simple doorbell is enough for the single-family house without an intercom system, or what do you think?
b) In the hallway, rather motion detectors than switches.
c) In the living room, a ceiling outlet and HDMI connection for a possible projector.
d) How many network cables, which ones, and in which rooms would you consider the minimum? Most people I know only use their Wi-Fi, and I also tend to carry the laptop around the house and hate cables, and network sockets also cost a few euros.

A) yes in case you can see the entrance
B) yes
C) yes and speaker cables from the TV to behind the sofa
D) I am of the opinion that 2 connections per room are mandatory... and behind the TV at least 4. I also use WLAN for surfing but the NAS, TV, Blu-ray, network player, Xbox, cameras are all wired and that is a good thing

Sockets near the windows for e.g. Christmas lights.

Speakers behind the couch are good; I would add another one on the terrace.

If a TV is mounted on the wall, one directly behind it as well.

Intercom system upstairs with video I find very good.

Network cable and power on the facade outside for surveillance camera.

a) Yes, agreement. b) Matter of taste, in our case switches. (I don't turn on the light just for myself anyway ...) c) Since I have now gotten to know VGA, DVI and HDMI (I'm still young after all!) I would lay an empty conduit for the data connection. (If I were to do something like that.) d) Two outlets per room. Home office and living room/TV preferably more. Wi-Fi is nice and all, many devices (home server, receiver, Wi-Fi access point :P, refrigerator) don't have native Wi-Fi and cable is more stable and faster anyway. e) For wall-mounting a TV, an empty conduit is recommended so that no cable is visible underneath. f) I don’t install speaker cables. The trend is towards multiroom (see d.) and it doesn’t really fit for the high-end stereo corner anyway. g) Lay thick cables to the carport, garage, garden for the future (sauna cabin? roller gate?). h) With all the playthings, somehow keep some restraint ... ;-)

a) That is completely sufficient, unless you have a garden gate or something like that b) I personally prefer switches and possibly a cleverly positioned socket where you can install a motion sensor light c) Are you watching with a projector? If not, I would skip that d) At least 1 network cable, two are better. If you need more, you can also put a switch in between,...
