Regarding the sockets... if you already know for sure how the furniture is going to be arranged, you can place the sockets accordingly.

That's a very good point. Ideally, you should measure all the positions. I was on site with our electrician when he wanted to drill the holes. They have no time to think extensively or mark anything, so he just drills by feel.

With me, I then marked all the holes... Back then, I thought they somehow measured the center of the room, but no, they just stand in the middle and do it by eye.

I have now tried to incorporate everything as far as possible and planned quite freely.
The exact measurements will still be drawn into a plan by our main contractor.
Currently, I am more concerned with a rough plan to not forget anything.

In the basement, I deliberately did not plan too much. The cables will be laid on the surface here and can be installed later more cost-effectively by ourselves.

Apart from the electrical planning. You realize that you will have a 10cm high step from the bedroom to the roof terrace in the attic? What exactly does the parapet height 0.00 refer to at the sliding door in the attic? Overall, the floor structure on the roof terrace seems a bit thin to me, or is this dimension only up to the top of the insulation?

If you want something nice regarding light, you can definitely put some brainpower into it. Of course, it helps if the furnishing is reasonably well known. 1 ceiling light per room is standard, but usually not the optimum :)
