Basically, you would only need the 5x10² and then install a sub-distribution in the shed. Let's assume you put a 3x32A fuse in front of it; you would have 22 kW available in the sub-distribution. Depending on the installation type, cable length, etc., a 5x10² can also be secured with 40 or 50A, then your sub-distribution would probably already have more power available than the house connection. Only NYY should be laid outside, not just because of the soil, but also because NYM is not UV-resistant. And as a KG pipe I would take a 100mm, not a 10mm, otherwise it gets really narrow ;)
