Hello,
in my personal opinion, you are not doing yourself any favors with this type of ventilation. Especially in winter, you will always feel colder areas and possibly drafts in the area of the windows placed parallel to each other.
An acquaintance of ours has installed a decentralized ventilation system that takes in fresh air through 5 mm wide (closable) slots in the window frame – however, these are always closed at their place due to cold bridges and drafts at temperatures below 5°C.
So, to put it bluntly, you can forget about decentralized ventilation during the winter months.
I consider these windows a good solution when renovating an existing property, but there are better alternatives for a new build.
How about removing the windows from the construction contract, awarding "normal" windows to the cheaper window manufacturer, and having your central ventilation system with heat recovery installed by the construction company?
Just calculate with continuing rising energy costs how much money you will actually be throwing out the window over your expected usage period…

Dirk
