But what are the requirements for a setback story in BW?

I omitted the eaves height. Therefore, I would also continue planning with a gable roof, unless the development plan specifies something else, e.g. a setback on all sides.

I cannot find anything about it in the textual provisions, but I probably overdid it earlier: a setback only on the eaves sides should therefore be sufficient. Nevertheless, I advocate for a gable roof.
