Filling and sanding must also be done in at least 2, preferably 3 passes. It depends on the desired quality. For painting, I would definitely plan 5-7 full days for that.

Insulation between rafters works quite well. 2-3 days should be enough.

Both are of course absolutely shitty work and completely thankless, but you only have to do it once.

I have no idea about vinyl.

Laminate also takes a long time. Click vinyl is processed like drywall. Score and snap – works lengthwise and crosswise.

Even with vinyl, you have to sort or at least take from several packs. And as I said, scratching works well with very few vinyls, except for the DIY store junk.

You also have to make sure it clicks in cleanly and the wall distances fit.

That all takes quite a bit of time. 80m2 is quite a lot.

It's always the many small side tasks that then drag on. Laying vinyl is still the fastest; I laid about 80 sqm on my own. From memory: - Tidying up 2h - Cleaning the floor 3h - Priming/bonding agent against dust 2h - Impact sound insulation 4h - Laying 10h - Baseboards 5h -------------------------- about 3 days if you push through Insulation between joists about 160 sqm We took a weekend for that with two people, 2x 6h, went pretty quickly, provided you have a good cutting tool. Plasterboard filling and sanding and painting are then different numbers. For me about 300 sqm, 2 men, 2 weeks filling and sanding (3 times) including Saturdays, I estimate that was just under 200 hours of work. Painting then took about 40h.

3 weeks for two people. The sanding is horrible, the stairwell is a problem. described it quite well. The routine is missing. You are overcautious and have to rethink everything twice, reread, google, etc. Also consider: if you are missing something, have to go back to the hardware store, etc., that's already half a day gone.
