Dream of a house: realistic or just daydreaming?

Finding houses for rent is like searching for a needle in a haystack. From an investor's perspective, it is quite an unattractive story. Nobody builds 20 single-family homes newly for rental purposes. Usually, these are houses from private individuals who, for some reason, do not want to sell (yet).

That’s easy to say, but there first have to be interesting houses available for rent. It may also depend on the place of residence. But here you can really forget about it.
