If it comforts you: We had to submit a tightness test of the transfer shaft, even though the sewage pipe is completely enclosed. It also cost 800 EUR, but the GÜ covered that.

If the architect messed it up, then he should fix it. Is he freelance or from the GÜ?

He is one introduced by the GÜ. He didn't even ask whether we are building the basement waterproof or not.

He will probably want money for the re-planning as well. Of course, in the smallest building owner unit [1000 Euro]

If the authority requires it, then it is "normal." We were allowed to have our wastewater pipe inspected with a camera for the connection to the combined sewer and thus confirm proper execution. (Construction according to the approved plan!) If you build (or want to build) differently than approved, corrections will have to be made anyway!

Okay. Then I am relieved. Then it is just our office being so picky again.
By the way, I also have to do a leak test.

Do you also have a pump for the light wells or how do you drain them?

And when too many people exaggerate (and consider it completely normal), this leads to such regulations and increased inspections including on-site checks. My building expert told me just last Saturday that the latter has been happening much more often in our area recently.
