Hello everyone.
After reading along for a long time, I may now also ask for your feedback. As can be seen from the questionnaire, the planning is currently designed solely by me. I can provide detailed dimensions if the representation using squares is insufficient.
Preliminary note:
- 1 square corresponds to 1x1m
- Northern wall is on the boundary and must be constructed as a fire protection wall.
- The dressing room does not need a window
- The small master bathroom could either have a fire protection window as shown, opaque due to the neighbor regulation above the toilet, or a strip window starting at 1.8m height across the entire room width.
- Light well in the office is more generous, but windows are not floor-to-ceiling
- Windows on the upper floor are not floor-to-ceiling
- Possibly an additional door after the wardrobe as a "windbreak," but this can certainly be retrofitted
I look forward to your feedback.
