Double garage on corner plot (downhill)

Hello everyone,

we have now also reached the planning stage. The garage (with a basement) can only be realized as shown in the pictures. Now we have concerns about pulling out the left car. Especially if there is "light" traffic coming from the left (uphill).

Has anyone of you had a similar building situation?
Is it possibly feasible to install some kind of garage mirror to recognize traffic coming from the left uphill earlier when pulling out?

Says who (or what)? - I would say the opposite: a driveway can generally only be realized as shown if you want to enrich the construction area with an accident hotspot.

I can hardly imagine that such a driveway would be approved. At least it would be impossible here. Theoretically, there are other possibilities...
