Door opens/closes electronically

I just want to open and close a door for ventilation without, for example, having to drive by twice a day.

The meaning is not clear to me. Either the apartment is rented out, then it’s not your problem. Or it’s empty, then you leave the door open. You can only really ventilate through windows. Then you have to go there - Who actually ventilates the property by opening windows? - Makeshift solution will be sensitive. Therefore, it can easily and quickly break under normal use by tenants
