If the heat pump is not yet installed (and ideally the house with the corresponding house entry is also not yet in place), the additional effort consists only of a few longer pipes. So the extra cost is more than exaggerated.
If the heat pump is already fully installed and would have to be moved completely, I would find the price reasonable.
This is a standard house from a home construction company.
The pump is always located at the left corner when it is sold.
So far, the house has not yet had any groundbreaking. The building application still needs to be submitted.
In connection with our plot, the noise calculation has now been carried out and it was determined that the pump must be moved 5.5 meters further towards the center of our property.
Seen that way, it is only an extension of the hoses, that is correct.
