It is supposed to be one of the largest and most reputable [Fertigkellerhersteller]. I have already seen the name somewhere but don't know anything specific about it, only it seems extraordinary to me to be able to build a cellar for €9999, that must include the excavation, supply lines, drainage, insulation, ground floor ceiling, cellar windows, etc., which is why I am asking, has anyone ever received a prefabricated cellar for €9999 and can report something about it?

Hello Willibald,

I don’t think you should believe this nonsense!
These are promotional offers with a long list of add-ons and nothing is all-inclusive!
For that, you might only get the outer walls made of 14cm concrete, and that’s it.
A finished cellar for a standard house about 9x8.5m costs at least 30,000-35,000 €; anything else is not serious and not credible.
The most important thing is to have a soil survey done in advance; after that, the foundation, the slab, and the cellar waterproofing are based on it.
Also, the instructions from the structural engineer and the architect must be strictly followed, which makes a flat-rate cellar price impossible!

Best regards, Hoernle

found the offer on the internet,

for the house and it says there:
Winter wonder basement price 9999.00

and on telephone inquiry the seller explained,
that would be the "basic basement", complete, whatever that may mean, but I think I'll have them put that in writing,

Interest

Hello Willibald,

we would be interested to know what kind of cellar or house is being offered there! The costs of the cellar are probably hidden in the ground floor and attic. It can't be otherwise! Just let us know if you have any documents about it.

Thank you for your reply,

Who exactly is Mr. Bauherrenhilfe? I will gladly do that, because it actually seems strange to me, it would be important to know, is it a full basement or will there be something added?
