Oh man, that's all I can say about that.
They manage the prices .. because they sell over 1000 houses,
Oh "man," what a strong statement....
If you believe what you write.. you should buy directly. Or calculate carefully... if possible... so less on the basement price... rather on the annual house constructions!
Joke question..... how many days does a year have? But surely there are good and credible reasons for your statement.
