The bags are also available but only for leaves and grass clippings. These are handled separately. Probably because too much leaves and grass clippings cause too many problems during composting.

You are allowed to make a small fire with a diameter of 1 m with dry branches in Brandenburg.

Oh, so basically it is not allowed there either (Gartenabfälle verbrennen). Just checked again. Apparently, only in Bavaria, BW, and S-A there is no general burning ban. However, there are regional exceptions or permits upon request in each case. Not in Berlin. So never allowed.

Look into commercial landfills. We always take our lots of stuff there too, because at the city you are only allowed to dispose of 1 cubic meter per day and household. You pay around 10& for the disposal of a large trailer. Alternatively, you can also list it at EKA, maybe someone wants to take it as firewood or chip it themselves. It shouldn’t be a problem to get rid of it.

I have now decided to have it picked up from my civil engineer at the container. 1200€ :( However, it all has to go quickly because I already have more than enough restrictions from the [Baumschutzamt] in Hamburg. The alternative would be renting the large chipper. Not feasible in the short term before the closed season in my area. The recycling yard in Hamburg only accepts 3sqm. Even for payment, no more.
