Since it is obviously not possible for me to delete my account, I ask you - Mrs. Admin - to do so immediately.

Those who can read are clearly at an advantage.
I quote from the other forum:

V3 (presumably happened here)
did not describe anything about the construction road (neither what is supposed to come, nor what has to be dismantled)
> the contractor could, but did not have to build a construction road. He simply decided to do so because the construction site is easier to manage for him that way. So he must also remove the material again later.
He is not allowed to leave any leftover concrete on the site, nor any reinforcement steel, no pipes he cut, no beer bottles of his employees, no yogurt cups, etc.
What was ordered was a structure and nothing else.

And according to VOB, this is exactly how it must be handled. Actually, I expected competent answers here instead of silly trolling.

You apparently do not want to understand that only what is stated in your contract counts. How it is handled in most cases does not matter. And how are we supposed to know that now?

And in most cases it is like this: The client is responsible for ensuring that the construction site is accessible, passable, and the ground is load-bearing. A construction road/crane area, if necessary, is at the expense of the client.

If none of this is stated in the contract/construction specification, and you were not asked when the construction road was created, you also did not commission it. Then you could argue with the company if that effort is worth it to you.

Usually, however, there is always something about the construction site setup.
