You apparently do not want to understand that only what is stated in your contract counts. How it is handled in most cases does not matter. And how are we supposed to know that now?
And in most cases it is like this: The client is responsible for ensuring that the construction site is accessible, passable, and the ground is load-bearing. A construction road/crane area, if necessary, is at the expense of the client.
If none of this is stated in the contract/construction specification, and you were not asked when the construction road was created, you also did not commission it. Then you could argue with the company if that effort is worth it to you.
Usually, however, there is always something about the construction site setup.
