That is certainly possible; however, you are a hopeless case. How many times have you now been directly or indirectly asked to provide the exact wording of the commission? 10 times?

I suspect, based on your constant refusal to answer this simple question satisfactorily, that the developer is completely in the right and the road will now remain as it is. This hypothesis stands until proven otherwise. I’m out.
