Dishwasher Rengöra IKEA, the basket cannot be pulled out

So the Rengöra is registered at Electrolux under the product number: PNC No. 911 535 035, I have called the hotline and was told:

after consultation with our technician, there is no transport lock on the upper basket of your dishwasher Rengöra with PNC No. 911 535 035.

The upper basket should be able to be pulled out with a strong pull.

That surprises me, since the upper compartment seems to be stuck tight as a drum =? but I am not at home yet and will try that tonight.

I'm curious to see. I suspect a seal that has become a bit stuck due to the storage time.

Okay, the Electrolux people were right... in the end, it could be pulled out with a jerk - however, we had previously run three to four washes with only the lower basket compartment loaded.

@IKEA expert: that sounds quite plausible, somehow it was really stuck and by now the kitchen series to which our Rengöra belonged has been discontinued - who knows how long the part was stored somewhere with heating air :)
