Hello McEgg,
just as a rough calculation without losses etc.: the 300 liters capacity offers roughly an energy content of 15 kWh. Depending on the shower head and temperature, you of course draw a different heat output. At 15 kW heat output, the storage would be available for an hour.
This of course has to be corrected for losses, the decreasing temperature, possibly the recharging by the heat generator etc., but maybe as a rough idea.
