Hello,
I am currently having a bathroom renovation. Today, tiling was done. I am now unsure because, in my opinion, it is not okay like this.
It was agreed to tile centered above the bathtub, with a continuous joint that continues on the bathtub.
I have noted the measurements on the photo attached.
On the one hand, it bothers me that the tiles above the tub are not the same length on the right and left sides (left 85cm, right 83.5cm).
It should be possible to cut the tiles approximately the same length, right?
On the other hand, it bothers me that there will be a joint offset of about 1cm at the tub.
There is only one joint there. If it is not in a line, I find that disturbing.
However, I am not sure if this is still acceptable and would appreciate any opinion.
Best regards
