Hello everyone, |
I am currently in the process of preparing my preliminary building inquiry (also structural engineering but not constructive). |
The reason I am submitting a preliminary building inquiry is that I want to deviate from the prescribed roof pitch of the development plan (38-45°). My roof pitch will be approximately 20-28°. |
Reasons for the deviation: |
-Creating barrier-free living space for me in the future (I am 45 years old), therefore no attic, single-story |
-House for my daughter and me (85m²) |
-Energetically unnecessary for my living situation |
-Unnecessary enclosed space |
When I called the responsible approval authority, the officer was also optimistic that a deviation could be granted based on the aforementioned reasons/motives. |
Could someone perhaps help me formulate these points to the level required for the preliminary building inquiry? I mean, to elaborate on my points somewhat, describe them in more detail, or add other points with this reference. |
Thank you very much for your responses and support |
