Development plan unclear at facade incision

Suppose we enclose the terrace with a cold winter garden, so that the recessed facade would be located inside the winter garden. Something like this: It probably is not within our budget, but out of interest – would that then no longer count as a recessed facade? Or are winter gardens not so easily considered facades?

Are there by now concrete floor plan ideas whose feasibility could be examined?

Yes, our 2 favorites currently look like this. 9m x 11m would be enough for us & there would still be a wide terrace. Although here again the question is whether this counts as a recessed facade. But this should be clarified at the latest in the planning discussion with the architect.
The smaller floor plan should give us a bit more financial leeway later.


Here is the floor plan sketch of the E/W variant, the transparent walls are supposed to give us flexibility later. Depending on how many home offices & bedrooms we will need.

This should not be a matter of courtesy (in the sense of whether you have already painted something nice), but a follow-up question in the context of your structural analysis topic, in order to examine the question based on a specific floor plan.
