Development over approximately 35 meters - Cost?

we are planning a construction in the second row.

What do you think the costs are for approximately 35m development? That is, costs for water/sewage/electricity/internet including groundworks and subsequent construction road for the vehicles and crane site. (in Berlin)

I have a number in mind, would like to see if it roughly fits.

Guessing with Rosenthal is not productive and the answers from the other users won't get any better if you don't first say what you were offered ;). The prices depend heavily on your local providers and who carries out which work. Electricity/water through the provider? Etc.

Everything should be done by the suppliers. Construction road by an external company. Hope to manage with 40,000.

The rear half is to be developed / serviced

I would estimate it like this: Drinking water: according to the tariff sheet of the water works (roughly 1500 + 160€/m = 8400€) Wastewater: likewise, approx. 3500€ + 340€/m = 15400€ Electricity: approx. 1000€ + 100€/m = 4500€ Internet: lay Kabuflex when electricity is laid = 150€ + 800€ Telekom. Construction road 25€/t including installation (?), estimate 2t/m (?), plus parking space --> 2000-3000€ (very dependent on the civil engineer). You could probably come close. If you can place the power column and wastewater shaft + drinking water shaft at the property boundary to the street, you can probably save a lot. Does the slope of the wastewater fit?

The person in front owns a house, 2 outbuildings and a terrace, checks the floor area ratio and buildability. No right to build derives from neighboring properties that are already built upon. The 40T€ should be enough, maybe there will be some left over ;)
