That is satire. Because of the few euros, be glad that you get such an affordable plot of land. And if you don’t like it, let the other 100 people who want it have it.

Thank you for your assessments. I almost expected that you have to just swallow the pill like that. , unfortunately I found the post not very helpful... , I see it exactly the same way. A bit more transparency or "honesty" would certainly have done the matter and the planning security some good. And whether 10,000€ in additional costs hurt or are decisive in a conflict is something everyone has to answer for themselves. If I also miscalculate by 30% when building a house like the city experts, then good night!

Definitely plan a good buffer.

Corona etc. seems to cause suppliers and trades to squeeze the lemon even more as long as they can. 50% price increase for construction wood, 20-30% insulation and so on. We are currently trying to get quotes for a renovation... but price increases took effect on 01.04. and are announced again for the following quarter.

I just find it really decadent how you’re whining here. The m2 for 125 euros in Bavaria? 45 euros development costs. Our development costs were already 120 euros per m2 a few years ago.

Your posts are becoming increasingly inappropriate. Just let it be now...
And as I said, you didn’t have to buy it either - the same goes for me as well.
Thanks to the remaining constructive comments.

Best regards

So three weeks ago a thread was started here asking if HUNDERTFUFFZICH euros per square meter for the development were steep. And here it is about an increase from Thirty to Thirty-eight. That is truly whining under the microscope! In Africa, children are starving ;-)
