Nevertheless, given the size, we are not planning a clinic, and since some prefabricated house companies now also offer commercial or industrial construction (to compensate for the decline in single-family homes), I was simply interested in whether there are any experience reports in the forum in this area.

Have you ever informed yourself about which conditions must all be met for a dental practice? Just one or two points - barrier-free access - appropriate electrical/water/sewage routing in the floor for the treatment chairs - number of parking spaces for employees and patients - possible interested parties?

Of course we have, there is already a practice on the front part of the property, which would be enlarged by the new building/extension. Everything would be on one level and of course, barrier-free access would be ensured.

I think the value would not be compromised, as I said, the property would only be used for the then extended practice plus possibly 2 apartments. That would also fully utilize the property. The development plan would allow that.

The question would be how to realize the most cost-effective construction of such buildings, so that it makes sense for all parties involved. Are there forms that specialize in something like this.
