Definitely have it done, we currently have a 5-liter device under the sink, something like that is awful, never warm water or only the 5 liters. I would be annoyed every day. Thank God it will be done by the end of the year :)

I don’t understand your question. The cross-section of the pipe to the tapping points is not changed.
To further reduce the assembly effort, it would also be conceivable to install a T-piece above the angle valve and then route a pipe through the wall to the storage tank.

Then the time for a coffee will be tight already :D

If the circulation line is connected in such a way that the branch from the distributor under the stairs to the guest water heater is located at the very end of the circuit, the cross-section of the pipe will not be changed. However, the overall pipe cross-section could still be undersized, because then all hot water outlets are on one pipe (because of one circuit) instead of two circuits.

The circulation IS after all the pipeline to the faucet (the first part up to the branch). If all faucets in the house are on 1 pipe (1 circuit) and are opened at the same time, the flow rate would probably drop significantly somewhere. Most likely the last consumer in the circuit. Theoretically, you could also make 2 circuits with 1 pump, but practically that will never work due to different resistances, so that in one circuit nothing will happen :)
