Decentralized controlled residential ventilation so expensive?

According to

this occurs when only a decentralized device with heat recovery is used in the bathroom and it interacts with a device in another room.

Hello,

Then the planner should pack up or there is no ventilation concept at all. In all the years we have sold decentralized systems, I have not known a single case where a room smells like "crap."

Then you probably did not plan the semi-detached house in which SirSydom lives ^^

I gladly throw back the "shut up if you have no idea" comment, I posted MY OWN experiences. Do you have such a decentralized controlled residential ventilation like I do? Reading comprehension level 6, fail.

What do you think happens to the air flow when the fan in the bathroom is blowing in and the one in the bedroom is extracting? And since that’s how it is with MY system (a commercially available model) and IMO also with all (fully) decentralized ventilation systems with heat recovery (how else should heat recovery work), you can definitely mention that.

It may well be a planning error. The planner and the owner don’t have to live there, but the stupid tenant does. And the tenant doesn’t suspect that beforehand and lets himself be sold such a thing as a comfort upgrade.

Good evening,

I find charming guys like you always highly enlightening...

Perlenmann has built - I know his history a bit; you could too, by the way, at least in parts, if you read here a bit - and compared extensively. You are a TENANT and supposedly have trouble with a decentralized system installed in your rental apartment. That is a big difference; aside from the fact that none of us know which system it is.

Since when do tenants have to pay for such investments out of their own pocket? Rent reduction for duration "x"? And if you were already willing to invest money in it, I wonder why you didn’t inform yourself earlier? Now you can do that too...

Rhenish regards

: Accusing someone of having "no idea" or telling them to "shut up"... I would say, that's a fail.

I admit, I doubted your actual situation. It might be like that for you. I also have to admit, since I have never dealt with decentralized controlled ventilation (partly because of the points you mentioned), my assumption was that it works similarly to a central system.
However, from what I have read elsewhere, the bathroom and kitchen should be purely exhaust! Therefore, there is probably a planning error in your case.
