Hello dear construction friends,
does anyone of you have experience with Danish or Scandinavian windows?
I mean the windows that open outwards and are mostly mounted flush with the facade on the outside. You can find these a lot in northern Germany as well. House Timm in Husum, winner of the Houses Award 2018, uses these windows. They look very stylish.
We wondered what the advantages / disadvantages are and the costs for such windows. They are then, of course, all installed without external cladding ([Raffstore] or [Rollläden]).
Thank you
