thank you very much for the feedback. The funny thing with us is that we had so much delay during construction that it took forever until the screed was poured, and therefore it is hard to imagine that there was still some residual moisture. However, we carried out moisture measurements indoors, and it was bone dry there weeks before the screed was poured.
Now I ask very layman-like whether there are drainage/ventilation joints in clinker exterior walls as well? Somehow it is quite significant with the additions (ventilation panels / faucets) – if vertical joints were omitted for ventilation or similar, then one would probably be on the right track (I have to get a ladder for that).
