You know it too. It is the situation why we all stay at home. No one can say now how long building a house takes. It would be the art of reading a crystal ball, and whether it will be delivered at all, I doubt. I can understand the question under normal conditions, but now it is absolutely impossible to answer.

How do you know that and what consequences do the builders have to expect in your opinion? On the websites I read that the model house exhibitions are closed and the consultation meetings take place via video chat. Since we are not yet concretely in the construction phase, I have no further information.

His child has a heart condition, he is afraid. He says about 30% of colleagues are also at home. I don't want to cause panic but he won't be an isolated case. It's like playing dominoes. Thank you for your detailed answer. We are not building concretely at the moment; we have only bought the prefabricated house (initially still with a withdrawal clause). I am very sorry that your friend’s child has a heart condition. How good that your friend is acting wisely and prudently and that he can certainly count on your support.

I am building with Weberhaus and signed the contract in autumn 2019. The selection of materials was in mid-2020. Now I am waiting for the prices from the selection process and nothing is happening. I was told that they are overloaded. A vague date for the house construction was given to me at the beginning of 2021. Emails are answered with a significant delay. What is one supposed to make of this...
