Current Comparison of Prefabricated House Providers (and "Waiting Times")

I thought I’d take a look at the auction house of Zimmerei Stark... and what do I see... my floor plan... almost identical, even the exterior view is like mine except for small details....

I am building with Weberhaus and signed the contract in autumn 2019. The selection of materials was in mid-2020. Now I am waiting for the prices from the selection and nothing is happening. I was told that they are fully booked. An approximate date for the construction of the house was given to me at the beginning of 2021. Responses to emails are very delayed. What am I supposed to make of this...

We built with Weberhaus and are very satisfied, but the communication could be better because they apparently have a lot to do. I just kept regularly contacting my contacts by phone and email, and then everything worked out; I just made sure to keep track of the tasks myself. But compared to what other neighbors here have experienced with other construction companies, it was rather great with Weberhaus in our case.
