Safer is a climate membrane that is vapor-permeable in warm weather and closes in cold weather. This way, something can dry out if necessary. The price is higher but manageable. We took climoplus db fex xl. Not because others are bad, but because it was in stock. Roll around 70 euros. About 40 sqm fit on it.

We will take what the building material dealer has in stock.

We will use 160 insulation 035.
How must the floor connection be implemented? Is the foil glued onto the rough planking? Then it won't be airtight at all... Or do the outer rough planking boards have to be removed and the foil glued underneath to the inner wall (aerated concrete)?

The living space should be airtight anyway, since the actual insulation by the general contractor will be in the ceiling...

In our rental apartment, the heating and hot water tank are also in the attic, and this week we had a very unpleasant experience. My boyfriend went to the toilet at night, and water came through the ceiling. Behind the heating, a connection in the water pipe had come loose, and it ran for about an hour before we noticed it. Approximately 6 cubic meters flowed through, and now three apartments have to be renovated. The plumber said he also doesn't understand why so many people want to have this in the attic, because there are always serious problems when something happens. Maybe that's something to consider as well. Of course, you always hope that something like this won't happen.

Something like this is worst case and the boiler in the utility room on the ground floor is then clearly better.
Regarding the slide. Glue it with a thick bead of this [Fokienklebemasse] onto the boards. The bead should be without gaps. Then it is sealed well enough.

Did you have a tub with a drain placed under the system?
