Just insulate the roof and not the ceiling, the few extra euros bring a lot of storage space.

Nope, she’ll never ever manage that. She doesn’t have to either. She barely runs in the summer anyway when everything up there is suuuper warm, in winter cold doesn’t bother her. We had a Buderus, which ran from 1997 until 2016. Then we sold. Whether it still runs, no idea.

Yes, he wrote. Basically create a room. I would do it. Why not? Simply drywall. Big enough to reach everywhere. Wooden frame, 24cm stone wool, paneling. Not a big deal.
