Hello,

to those who have already finished building: I would be interested to know how much the outdoor facilities cost you. Fencing, soil improvement, paving, terrace, curbstones, ...
I fear we have seriously underestimated here, or the figures mentioned in this forum often seem to be very optimistic.
Of course, it depends heavily on the conditions, requirements, and own contributions, that is clear to me. But a few numbers from your experience would be interesting.

As you already write, it depends on many factors.

- Own contribution
- Size of the outdoor area
- "What actually belongs to the outdoor area (carport, etc.)
- What kind of outdoor area (paving, only lawn, gravel, etc.)

If I, for example, factor in that the earthworker has already leveled our property before the shell construction and the carport for 20k, I also come to 30k.

Without these things maybe around 5k. (lawn, gravel, terrace, trees).

On a slope: 40k for civil engineers including soil replacement and disposal. For the design of the outdoor area, an additional 40k

64m2 driveway: paved with dark grey granite stones, with a substructure of gravel, then grouted with mortar (!), edged with granite curbs

entrance platform: surround made of granite pillars, inside again the paving

45m splash protection strip: around house and garage, with the granite curbs like from the driveway, filled with basalt

16m wall: made of granite blocks 20cm thick, 80 cm high, with foundation

20 m2 terrace: multicolored clinker paving with substructure, edged with granite paving like in the driveway

18,000 euros

Really helpful tips from Knallkörper, I will keep them in mind for the Gala construction offers. The civil engineering costs are already fixed for us, we even saved 10k€ through supplier comparison.
