I didn’t say anything different... it just needs to be read carefully. By the way, I removed 1.5 tons of rubble from my 5sqm bathroom. Measured by weight, mind you. Walls were double-tiled including mortar bed, for example. And yes, plumbers like to charge 300% higher prices for sanitary equipment. MyHammer and similar platforms are those who remain free and are not busy with new construction. That’s where you can save.15k for such a small bathroom... plus toilet prices of over 800€. Chill out a bit. @Te: You can probably do the gutting yourself on the weekend. Once everything is gutted and clean, you get a plumber/tiler from MyHammer. If you want, before that you can chisel channels for the pipes with a demolition hammer where you want them. That’s exactly how I did my small bathroom last year. Total costs including shower partition at 150 height, branded toilet bowl with soft-close and extra coating, walk-in shower, washbasin, heating, tiler: 5k But you should do the gutting and clearing yourself. It’s easy and only costs a 50€ trash bag including pickup at the curb. Sure, you can also spend 30k! Or even 50k... but you don’t have to.
