The question I ask myself is what exactly does this have to do with my original question? I thank you for the hint but this is all intentional and now please back to topic
For both together? But you surely mean the pure material costs, right? I was also referring to the processing of the material, so completely with labor costs, etc.
Regards
Total price. The rooms are all very small and therefore little labor cost. I have calculated 25 euros as the material price.
Floor tile material: 40 EUR / sqm
Wall tile material probably cheaper: 25 EUR / sqm
Labor cost: I don’t know exactly, but I guess 40 EUR / sqm should be about right.
Of course there are also cheap tiles from the hardware store for 15 EUR and more expensive ones for 60 EUR in specialist shops. But for 40 EUR you can get something decent.
Rough price estimate for urban areas, if it is done:
On top of the tile price, another 100 ,- per sqm - for labor, non-tile materials (adhesive, grout, corner plaster strip, baseboard, miter cuts, sill, ... It adds up....)
