Do you have an approximate idea of how many percent the consultants reduce the offer by? Both say it is not the final price. Regards kati

Otherwise, I consider it too small for a two-family house with 110 downstairs and 80 upstairs (quite a bit more will not be feasible net due to the sloping ceilings).

2 providers as different as can be. And you indicated your home location as "NRW," what do you realistically expect from a Hamburg construction company?

I think I've written it several times already: anything granted as a "bonus," "special offer," or "discount" above 1% has a bad taste.

But this would be sufficient since only three of us will move in (my sister, 25 years old, upstairs, and I with my boyfriend downstairs). We are not very demanding. But still, we had promised ourselves a house build that does not exceed 250k. Why do you think it will be expensive?

What do you mean by the providers? I am very curious now. Over the weekend I will go through the construction service descriptions and try to find differences. But it’s difficult for laypeople! Massa Haus was also an option but never got back to us. We were probably too bold in the conversation and addressed the many negative reviews. Bien-Zenker is too expensive. But we still want to get an offer. From whom exactly? And an offer for a solid house.

Because I am currently building (or having built) a house in that size category myself. That also costs "only" 235k. + land + additional costs + costs that are not yet included by the construction company in the 235k, and there are plenty of those, eventually you end up at 300.
