To be honest, I doubt that the meter generally includes the heating electricity of the heat pump. From my point of view, that could be system electricity (circulation pump, etc.) of the heat pump and hallway lighting as you already mentioned. Otherwise, the numbers simply don’t add up. Is there no main electricity meter that basically "measures" the entire house connection? I would expect something like that anyway, and I assumed that in my instructions. I would only use the total heat quantities to distribute the electricity costs. So each proportional heat quantity to total heat quantity * total electricity costs. That’s what I meant by allocating.
So how is it arranged, do the residents each have their own electricity supply contract, or did you receive a total electricity bill?
