Ok, do you have a price estimate for what the house will cost when finished? The architect surely can't or won't tell you a maximum "final price," right?

House data: 160 sqm floor area on two full floors without basement and without a converted attic. Monolithic (40cm aerated concrete). Rectangular very simple design. Gable roof without skylights.

Cost estimate amounting to 272,000 EUR formed the basis for construction financing. A loan of 300,000 EUR is already registered in the land register.

New cost estimate after obtaining all essential offers now at 310,000 EUR. Surely, a few thousand EUR more will actually be added.

Remaining cash buffer is used for demolition of an existing building.
