Before buying, I would think again whether the areas and the position are also good. I would not want a skylight in the bedroom, even with a roller shutter (noise when it rains). Then snow lies on it for 3-4 months in winter, so no light either. In summer, the roller shutters are always down because otherwise it gets too hot. I always find skylights somewhat problematic in terms of tightness. They are usually placed before vertically standing windows. Electric roller shutters are not to be underestimated with a skylight. One should consider beforehand whether one can still reach the roller shutter to operate it.
