I also don't find the floor plan very successful and it has little to do with the Scandinavian bungalow system.

Children's room quite small, bathroom in the public area and also without a window.

Parents .. dressing room is a confined space after sleeping and bathroom.

Terribly long corridor.

Entrance is a narrow hole.

Probably good is the floor-to-ceiling height of about 330 cm. (Taken from the stair rise). However, the headroom when going downstairs should be checked again.

The indicated previous price does not seem too high to me in any case.

Practically usable as a bowling or skittles alley.

I don't find this hallway that dramatic - it has light at the end of the tunnel

You don't always have to recognize your sarcasm in your answers
If this were my house design being criticized here, I would savor your response and give everyone else a wrong impression.

This design has all the no-gos of a good house plan. I don't see a Scandinavian touch, and if it is to be implemented, then with the knowledge and skill of the architect.
I don't see his hand here, nor 220,000.
Consistent amateurism! As much as it pains me.

Sorry, I repeat myself because some want to encourage. For that, I apologize!

Regards

The architect comes from my sister-in-law’s nearby area, correctly guessed
The surveyor has received €2000 so far, he still has to measure once more, maybe it will be cheaper.

Yes, exactly, you enter from below. A small closed-off room leads to the living area with an extra door so our cats don’t run out. The left side of the kitchen is, of course, open upwards, not up to the ceiling, so that enough light can come through.

Skylights are planned in every room for natural daylight.
